Tirrenia is a shipping company established in 1936 in Naples.

Tirrenia connects the Italian mainland to Sardinia, Sicily and the Tremiti islands during the whole year and is currently one of the largest ferry operators in Europe.

The fleet consists of speed ferries and cruise ferries unique for reliability and safety. Tirrenia grants safe and modern vessels which got fundamentally renewed in the last years: quality interior designing and a 3 to 4 years old average ship age, amongst the lowest in the Mediterranean. The load capacity of Tirrenia feries is up to 2,700 passengers and 900 cars.
